The room was clean, but the bathroom wasn't very well maintained.

It is set in a nice enough area, close to a museum and a parliament building. The rooms are spotless and compact and they have an electronic key card, tea/coffee making equipment and a work desk. We would stay there again as the location was unbeatable.

Oh man, those cinnamon rolls at Queen Street Fare were legendary! Plus, the decor here is on point and the room was super comfortable. I loved that I could control the AC to my liking.

The hotel's vibe was modern and aesthetically pleasing, something that impressed me every time I returned. Service was accommodating. I appreciated how they allowed an early check-in and promptly brought a fridge when I requested one. I did have a few inconveniences. The air conditioning unit was quite loud and disrupted sleep at times. Privacy felt compromised due to the saloon-style bathroom door, which lacked a lock. I found there wasn't a trash bag in the bathroom for convenience. Otherwise, the location was prime, with attractions within a short walk. Parking was available across the street, but information about accessing it could be clearer. There was a bit of confusion with the parking directions, leading to a longer walk with luggage than necessary.

Everything about this hotel impressed me! From the warm musical ambiance at the entrance to the clean and stylish Queen room, comfort was prioritized. The coffee amenities were good, and the staff were accommodating. Its downtown location made it easy to explore, and the high-quality body products added a luxurious touch.

The staff were super friendly, especially Alexandra from the cafe, who helped us out even when we missed breakfast by a bit. The hotel's vibe was perfect for our family getaway.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options.

The hotel exudes a cool and stylish vibe that I thoroughly enjoyed during my three-night stay. Staff members were not only cute but seemed genuinely happy to assist, delivering a fridge and kettle almost immediately when I requested them. My friends visited and were surprised by the excellent design, which led them to consider recommending it to others.
